Calendeux — TRMNL Plugin
Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Calendeux plugin ("the Plugin"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Plugin.
Description of Service
Calendeux is a free, open-source plugin for TRMNL that displays Google Calendar events on your TRMNL e-ink device. The Plugin accesses your Google Calendar data via read-only OAuth 2.0 authorization to render calendar views.
Google Account Authorization
To use the Plugin, you must authorize it to access your Google Calendar data. By doing so, you:
- Grant the Plugin read-only access to your Google Calendar
- Acknowledge that the Plugin will store OAuth tokens to maintain your connection
- Understand that you can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account Permissions
Use of the Service
You agree to:
- Use the Plugin only for its intended purpose of displaying calendar data on TRMNL devices
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the Plugin's infrastructure
- Not use the Plugin in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Availability and Warranty
The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Plugin will be available at all times or free from errors. The Plugin depends on third-party services (Google Calendar API, TRMNL, Cloudflare) which may experience outages beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Plugin's developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Plugin.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Plugin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we access, use, and store your data.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Plugin at any time by uninstalling it from your TRMNL dashboard and revoking Google access. We may discontinue the Plugin at any time with reasonable notice.
