Calendeux — TRMNL Plugin

What This Plugin Does

Calendeux is a third-party plugin for TRMNL that displays Google Calendar events on your TRMNL e-ink device. It connects to Google Calendar via OAuth 2.0 to read your calendar data and render it for your device.

Data We Access

When you connect your Google account, we request read-only access to your Google Calendar data. Specifically:

• Calendar event titles, times, and durations for the current week
• Your list of calendars (so you can choose which to display)
• Your Google account email address (to show which account is connected)

How We Use Your Data

Your calendar data is used solely to generate the visual markup displayed on your TRMNL device. We do not:

• Sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties
• Use your data for advertising, analytics, or profiling
• Store your calendar events beyond a short-lived cache (up to 1 hour) used to reduce API calls
• Access or modify your calendar — we have read-only access

Data Storage

We store the following in Cloudflare Workers KV (encrypted at rest):

• OAuth tokens — used to authenticate with Google Calendar on your behalf. These can be revoked at any time.
• Plugin settings — your display preferences (time range, labels, calendar selections).
• Cached markup — a temporary cache of your rendered calendar view (expires after 1 hour).

We do not store your calendar events, contacts, or any other Google data beyond what is listed above.

Revoking Access

You can revoke Calendeux's access to your Google account at any time:

• Visit your Google Account Permissions page
• Find "Calendeux" and click "Remove Access"
• Uninstall the plugin from your TRMNL dashboard to delete all stored data

Third-Party Services

This plugin relies on the following services:

• Google Calendar API — to read your calendar data (Google Privacy Policy)
• TRMNL — the e-ink device platform (TRMNL Privacy Policy)
• Cloudflare Workers — hosting and data storage (Cloudflare Privacy Policy)

Google API Services Disclosure

Calendeux's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
